Process of registration for Individuals / Private Entities Employees

1. Sign Up:

• Enter a valid email ID of the individual.
• Enter a valid mobile number of the individual user.
• Validate both through OTP or link generation.

2. Sign In:

• Sign in using the user ID (mobile number) and password sent via email and mobile.
• Fill in profile details and upload an ID card (PDF) .
• Preview and submit the profile details

3. Profile Verification:

• After successfully submit the profile for final approval from Survey Of India.

4. Profile Activation:

• After verification of details and documents the user profile will be activated.
• User will receive an intimation of profile activation via mobile and email.

Process of registration for Govt Employees

1. Sign Up:

• Enter Govt email Id of individual (to be used as User Id for login).
• Enter mobile Number (of individual user).
• Validated both through OTP or link generation

2. Sign In:

• Sign in through user ID (email) and password sent on email and mobile.
• Fill profile details as given in the form and upload Govt ID card (PDF) .
• Preview and submit the profile details.

3. Profile Verification:

• Download the auto-generated form and take print on official letterhead (first page) and then get it certified from HoD.
• Scan the certified Form and upload on the pending profile page.
• Submit profile for final approval from Survey Of India

4. Profile Activation:

• After verification of details and documents the user profile will be activated.
• User and approver ( HoD ) will get intimation of profile activation through Mobile and Email.
